Letchworth office recruits one ACA graduate per year

Plus two non-graduates

Entrance criteria

Graduate training programmes

These programmes last three years, on average, during which you will work towards your ACA qualification.

To apply you must have:

  • a minimum of 280 UCAS points at A level (or equivalent);
  • strong GCSE results including good grades in both English and Maths (grade B or above are preferred); and
  • preferably a 2:1 degree. (However, all applicants will be judged on individual merit)

Non-graduate training programmes

You will work towards AAT qualification, with the opportunity to fast track to ACA or ACCA training upon successful completion.

To apply you must be a non-graduate and have:

  • a minimum of 280 UCAS points at A level (or equivalent); and
  • strong GCSE results including good grades in both English and Maths (grade B or above are preferred).

Selection Criteria

  • Submission of CV (and covering letter outlining your suitability)
  • Aptitude Test
  • Interview with Senior Management
